Come See the Floor Before You Decide
Walkthroughs are available any weekday morning between 6 and 9 AM and by appointment on Saturdays. No pitch, no pressure — just a look at how Hartwell House operates.
Send Us a MessageWhere to Find Us
Hartwell House sits on Maple Avenue in the Design District, two blocks from the Hi Line Drive intersection. Street parking is available on Maple and on adjacent side streets; a surface lot behind the building offers 14 spaces available after 6 AM on weekdays. The building exterior is sand-olive stucco with a walnut door frame — straightforward to spot if you're driving from the Oak Lawn or Uptown direction. The nearest DART bus stop is on Oak Lawn Avenue at Fairmount, a four-minute walk. We do not have a sign above the door — look for the Hartwell House address plate at street level and the floor-to-ceiling windows facing Maple.
Ways to Reach Us

Send to info@moonlane.cc for membership questions, corporate inquiries, or media. We reply within one business day Monday through Friday. Urgent scheduling requests should go through the member app rather than email.
Book a Walkthrough
No-pressure 20-minute tours of the facility run on weekdays from 6–9 AM and by appointment on Saturday. You'll see the floor during an active coaching session so you can observe how coaches interact with members in real time.

“I emailed on a Tuesday evening and had a response from an actual coach — not an automated reply — by Wednesday morning. The walkthrough the following Friday showed me the floor while the 7 AM class was running. Watching Coach Renata work with a dozen people simultaneously sold me faster than any sales pitch could have.”

Before You Visit
Do I need to be fit before joining Hartwell House?
No. The intake process is specifically designed to establish your baseline, whatever that is. Coaches have worked with sedentary beginners, post-surgical members, and competitive powerlifters in the same month. The programming adapts to you — not the other way around.
Can I try a class before committing to a membership?
Yes. Drop-in access is $35 per session, bookable through our app without a membership. Alternatively, the free intake session includes a short training component so you'll experience coaching firsthand before any financial decision.
Is there parking?
Yes — 14 spaces in the surface lot behind the building, available from 6 AM. Street parking on Maple Avenue and side streets is metered until 8 AM on weekdays and free on weekends. The lot fills quickly during the 6 AM shift, so we recommend arriving by 5:45 AM if you're joining that session.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Training shoes appropriate for lifting (flat sole preferred — no running shoes for barbell work), comfortable athletic wear, a water bottle, and your intake confirmation from the app. The facility has changing rooms and cubbies but no full locker room with showers — nearest public showers are at the Dallas Athletic Club two blocks away.
